For over 4,000 years, Greek olive groves have produced liquid gold. Our chef personally visits family-owned estates in Kalamata and Crete each year to select our house oils.
From Grove to Table
Every dish at Aegean begins with a drizzle of cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil. From our classic Greek salad to the simplest grilled fish, the oil speaks for itself — fruity, peppery, and alive with the essence of the Mediterranean sun.
Tasting Notes
Our current house oil comes from a century-old grove in Lakonia, where Koroneiki olives are harvested by hand each November. The result is a beautifully balanced oil with notes of green apple, fresh herbs, and a gentle peppery finish.
